Wenzel Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has completed the purchase of substantially all the assets of Vectron International Ltd.'s crystal manufacturing operation from Vectron International, Hudson, NH. Effective March 16th, 2006, the new company operates under the name of Croven Crystals, Wenzel International, Inc.

Croven Crystals continues to run its business under the current management at the current Whitby facility and assumes responsibility for all existing orders. Croven Crystals markets its crystals worldwide through direct sales and factory representatives. The acquisition allows Croven Crystals to continue more than 50 years of service providing precision quartz resonators to the communications, aerospace, instrumentation and telemetry markets.
